Understanding Web Sites:
Web sites are often divided up into sections which can behave differently on your screen and when you click on them with your mouse. These different sections even have separate, individual web addresses which you can't always read on your browser. Often, the part of the web site you want to read is referred to as the "content" section, and has its own web address.
Try right-clicking on different parts of a web page, and note the options you have for finding and printing information you need.
Web sites divided up into sections in this manner are presented to you in "Frames", or "Framesets".
